Nadie duda que un buen calentamiento y unos adecuados ejercicios de estiramientos son ideales para cualquier deporte.

El bodyboard y surf no son menos y le vamos a mostrar aquí una serie de ejercicios sacados de la web www.estiramientos.es que consideramos fundamentales para un buen surfing y sobre todo para evitar lesiones.

Estos ejercicios son para realizar, tanto antes de entrar al agua como después, y no llevan más de 5 minutos.
